- Your Arrival: Your expected check-in time and any special requests (like dietary needs or extra blankets) so we can have everything ready for you.
- Official Check-in: Upon arrival, standard local guidelines require us to view a valid CNIC or passport to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
2. How We Protect Your Privacy
We believe your trust is sacred. We treat your personal data exactly how we would want ours treated:
- No Selling: We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with outside marketers.
- Safe Keeping: Your contact details are only used by our team to manage your booking and ensure a wonderful stay.
- Public Safety: For security, small CCTV cameras monitor public outdoor spaces and entrances. Your private rooms and bathrooms are entirely your own private sanctuaries.
3. Sharing with Booking Partners
Because most of our guests find us through trusted platforms like Booking.com or Agoda, those platforms securely pass your reservation details to us. Your payment details are safely processed through their encrypted systems, keeping your financial information entirely secure.

4. Our Warm & Fair Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans in the mountains can change due to weather, flights, or unexpected life events. We always aim to be fair and understanding, while also keeping our small farm house running smoothly.
- Free Cancellation: You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival date. We will fully refund any deposits made directly to us.
- Late Cancellation Penalty: If you cancel within 7 days of your check-in date, a penalty equal to the cost of your first night's stay will apply. This helps us cover the cost of the turned-away guests who wished to book the room.
- No-Show Penalty: If you do not arrive for your booking without notifying us, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Note: If you booked through a third-party platform (like Booking.com), their specific cancellation interface and terms will manage the final process.
